Sakara Life review:

-Overview/What is Sakara Life?:

Sakara Life is a meal delivery service that is completely plant based, gluten free, organic, refined sugar free, non-gmo, and dairy free (and also super aesthetic!). I saw an advertisement for Sakara, and did some more research on the concept, and felt I had to try it. I really love and relate to the values of the company. I ordered the three day plan, which includes 3 days worth of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The package also comes with detox teas (12 tea bags), probiotic capsules (11 count), a sample of their new metabolism powder, an energy bar from the Sakara clean boutique, as well as a beginners guide to sakara which explains everything you need to know about the company and program. The package was delivered on Monday morning at around 6am. The delivery process was very smooth. The box comes with three recyclable ice packs as well as insulation around the meals to keep them cold. Although this program is very expensive, all of the meals have very high quality ingredients and taste amazing. This company also stays very true to their values. -Review (taste, efficiency, is it worth it?):

Overall, I thought that all of the meals tasted amazing. The ingredients were super clean and nourishing, but none of the meals lacked flavor. My favorites were the rising sun quesadilla, coconut praline granola, and the sunshine curry bowl. I enjoyed eating every one of the meals and always looked forward to the next. It is great how all of the food is ready to eat, with only a few meals that need to be heated. This program is great for people who want to eat healthy and plant based but are short on time or don't enjoy cooking. The real question is: is it worth the big price tag? Honestly, it depends on your situation. If you are looking to change up and reset your diet with minimal effort: go for it! I would give Sakara Life a 4.5/5, because each meal was delicious and I loved the addition of the daily teas and probiotic capsules.
